Made from 100% Trepat grapes, grown in Spain's Penedès region, with only a few hours skin contact to extract colour. Second fermentation took place in the bottle with a minimum of 18 months aging on the lees. Bottles are disgorged individually, and only when required for market to ensure optimum condition of the finished wine. Dry (Brut) with approximately 6.0g/L residual sugar.
Tasting Note:Attractive cherry-pink colour, with slight purple tinges. Fine and persistent bubbles that evolve slowly in the glass. Aromas and flavours of wild fruits - strawberry/raspberry - with slight herbal (mint) notes. Balanced and rich, with good structure and a long and elegant finish.
Pairing suggestions: Perfect appetizer wine, or with seafood, risotto, charcuterie, and fruity desserts.
