Case of 6 bottles. 

100% Merseguera; a white wine with marked minerality and lively textures, that represents the terroir of Baldovar.  Soil is chalky limestone and sandy schist from the Cretacic and Jurassic periods. Vines (bush) are between 20 and 60 years old. Climate is mediterranean mountainous, with continental (cold) influences. Rainfall: less than 383mm in 2023.

Harvest is by hand, and grapes are destemmed and pressed mechanically through gentle and progressive pressings. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks (and 10% 500L used French oak barrels) for half a lunar cycle, then aged 9 months in stainless steel tanks, on the fine lees. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 12.5% alc./vol. ~14,000 bottles produced.

Certified organic, biodynamic, and suitable for vegan diets.

Tasting note: Straw/golden colour, with aromas and flavours of lemon, pear, apricot and blood oranges. Dry, medium-bodied, with mineral notes and fresh acidity.
