Latido de Sara White Grenache 2023

Made from 100% white Grenache grapes, grown on hillside slopes in Navarra Province at an altitude of about 650 metres. The vines are young (~10 years old), but they produce a clear representation of the terroir. 

Follows a traditional white wine production - the wine is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Alc./vol.: 13.0%.

Tasting note: Bright, straw yellow colour with green tinges. Aromas and flavours of fresh citrus and pear with slight herbal notes. Medium-bodied, dry, fresh and crisp, with a good balance between the fruit and the acidity. Nice lingering finish. 

Pairings: Grilled white meats, fish and seafood, vegetarian dishes, Sushi, and spicy Asian and Moroccan dishes.
