Made from 100% Garnacha (Grenache) grapes, from 30-35 year old vines, grown on hillside slopes in Spain's Navarra Province.  

Following a traditional red wine production, the wine is aged for 4 months in American and Navarra oak barrels (5%). Alc./vol.: 13.7%. R.S. 4.1 gr./L. 

Tasting note: Bright burgundy red colour, with ruby hues. Aromas and flavours of ripe, sweet fruits - cherry, strawberry, and raspberry - with sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, and balsamic/spices. Medium-bodied, dry, well balanced, with a long, finish.

Pairings: Easy wine to enjoy on its own while you prepare the meal. Charcuterie, grilled meat dishes, earthy vegetarian dishes, and great for enjoying around the barbecue with spicy/smoky sauces.
