Do You Ship Out of Ontario?
No. You may reside outside of the Province of Ontario, but orders may only be delivered to an address in Ontario.
Can I Order a Single Bottle?
We get asked this a lot, and unfortunately the answer is no. The rules of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) state that wine can only be sold by the full case. The prices shown on this Web site are for case quantities, and the number of bottles per case is shown above the description of the wine.
Can I Order a Mixed case?
Up until recently, mixed cases were not allowed, but under a special pilot program we can now offer them. We have to create the "mixed case" first, then offer it up to customers, but after that we are good to go. We will be posting some offers on this Web site, or you can contact us by email for more information, or with your suggestions for future cases.
Mixed cases cannot be transferred to LCBO stores, so extra delivery charges may apply outside our current catchment area. Please check with us first before placing an order.
According to LCBO rules, licensee accounts cannot participate in the mixed case program.
Which About Delivery?
Delivery fees are $12 per case, for the locations we currently serve. Although during the COVID-19 crisis we are waiving the fee. If you receive a notice at checkout indicating you are in an area not currently served, please contact us directly to discuss options. You can always request we send your order to an LCBO store; this service is available at no additional charge. But not for mixed cases.
How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?
It depends on where you are. In the current delivery area, it usually takes 2-3 business days. Transfers to LCBO stores can take 2 - 3 weeks.
Can You Leave the Case Without a Signature?
No. Someone of legal drinking age must be home to accept delivery and sign for the wine. We can deliver to your office, or to an alternate address - just let us know what works best for you.
Can I Return My Product?
We always aim to make sure customers are pleased with their wine orders, but if you need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Some charges may apply, e.g. LCBO re-stocking fees.
What is the Wine I Ordered is Defective?

Does TWC Imports Have a Store?
No, only the LCBO operates retail stores in the Province of Ontario. Wineries also have stores, but only to sell their products. The wine listed on this Web site, also comes through the LCBO, but through the Specialty Services Consignment Warehouse which is not open to the public.
