A dry rosé made from direct pressing only - a blend of 70% Négrette, 15% Syrah, and 15% Gamay grapes.
In order to respect the typicity of the terroir and grape varieties, only the natural yeasts present on the grape skins at harvest are used. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, equipped with thermal control. The vinifications are done separately for each grape variety and after maturing on fine lees (in stainless steel), the wines are blended and bottled in February. Alc./vol.: 13%.
Tasting note: Medium pink colour. Intense, aromas and flavours of wild strawberry and cherry with floral/spicy notes. Medium-bodied, dry, good acidity, well balanced, with a long, clean finish.
Pairings:Easy to drink and enjoy with appetizers, Charcuterie,grilled white meat dishes, roast chicken, cassoulet, fish and seafood, and even spicy vegetarian dishes.
