From a careful selection of 100% Godello grapes, from 20+ year-old vines grown in hillside and river bench sites; a mix of clay, sand, and slate-rich soil . Some of the grapes are from estate vineyards, while the rest are from growers supervised by the winery. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, and released with about 3-5 months bottle refining.
Our tasting note:Bright straw yellow colour. Aromas and flavours of fresh citrus, apricot, pear, and Mandarin orange, with mineral and floral notes. Dry, medium-bodied, crisp on the palate (mineral notes are characteristic of Godello grown on slate) with a clean finish.
Menu match:.An easy wine to drink on its own, and an ideal pairing with seafood, including shellfish. Matches light- to medium-weight dishes, including white meats and vegetarian options.
