Case of 12 bottles.
Made from 100% Tempranillo; the grapes are hand-harvested from three vineyards located south of Labastida, in Rioja Alavesa, with an average age of 20+ years. Alcoholic fermentation is in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks, then the wine is aged for approximately four months in new American and French oak barrels. Alc./vol.: 13.0%.
Our Tasting note: Bright cherry/burgundy colour, with slight purple hues. Aromas and flavours of dark, wild berry fruits - blueberry and raspberry - with notes of vanilla spice, aromatic herbs, menthol, and violets. Medium-bodied, dry, well balanced, with a long, finish.
Pairings:Grilled meat dishes (beef and lamb), earthy vegetarian dishes, rice dishes, tapas, and white meats (chicken and pork).
