Made from a blend of 39% Macabeo, 23% Xarel-lo, and 38% Parellada grapes, hand-picked from 30+ year old certified organic vineyards in the area of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
Second fermentation took place in the bottle with a minimum of 24 months aging on the lees. Bottles are disgorged individually, and only when required for market (2 -3 weeks supply) to ensure optimum condition of the finished wine.
This is one of the driest Cavas on the market (Brut) with approximately 4.0g/L residual sugar. Alcohol 11.5%/vol.
Our Tasting Note:Pale straw colour, with very fine bubbles that evolve slowly in the glass. Aromas and flavours of fresh ripe apple, warm citrus (tangerine and lime), and subtle leesy notes of caramel, mint, and fresh herbs. Balanced (sugar-acidity) and rich, with a long and elegant finish.
