Prosecco

A sparkling wine made from the Glera grape in the Veneto region of Italy, following the Charmat or "tank" method. That is, the second fermentation to create the bubbles, takes place in a larger tank, and not in the bottle (like champagne). 

Unfortunately we don't have any Prosecco at the moment.
