Since opening its doors in September of 2002, owners Rodney Hough and Roger Genoe have devoted themselves to providing the ultimate dining experience. One step inside One99 will give you an overwhelming sense of elegance, romanticism, and sophistication that only a top restaurant can display, from dishes comprised of carefully-selected ingredients, lovingly prepared, to hand- picked wines to suit any combination of flavours to impeccable service to make your stay memorable.

The space features avant -garde decor and signature colours of cranberry and gold lining the walls and stretching up to the immensely high ceiling. The large comfortable booths and tables invite you in, offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Through the open concept kitchen and up a set of stairs brings you to the second floor dining room, equally inviting and again lined with large comfortable booths. For a more intimate setting there's a private wine room with a glass wall over-looking the downstairs dining room.

Guests of One99 Restaurant are welcome to see the magic at work, lingering in the one of a kind, fully open concept kitchen, maybe picking up a few trade secrets along the way. The kitchen’s buying practices include supporting coastal fishermen, regional and local farmers, and suppliers who practice responsible stewardship of the land, rivers, and oceans. One 99 uses a combination of fresh, local, seasonal, and organic ingredients that help promote the abundant fare available in Dufferin County and beyond.

The wine list offers many favourites, including a good selection by the glass, as well as a interesting Reserve list.

One99 is one of the premier dining experiences in the area, open five nights a week for dinner only (Tuesday through Sunday).
