The Consulate Dining Lounge on Innis Lake is committed to providing guests with the finest cuisine, served in elegant and tranquil surroundings. Lunch and dinner menus change with the seasons, and house-made sauces make pasta dishes special. Vegan options also available.
The patio is open in the summer and offers an excellent view overlooking Innis Lake. Service is warm and freindly, but also professional. The room is beautifully appointed -- a real gem in the Hills of Headwaters.
The comprehensive wine list, strong in both Italian and Californian selections, includes a number of well-chosen options by the glass. The Reserve section features many "classic" wines, as well as limited releases. Pricing is very reasonable, and there are many excellent options under $75/bottle.
