The Canary Islands were created millions of years ago by volcanic eruptions, and now ascend to more than 1200m above sea level. Volcanic soils, pre-phylloxera vines, cooling breezes, and brilliant sunshine, all provide a natural climate that is perfect for high-quality viticulture.

Tajinaste vinifies plot-by-plot to best showcase the land itself, managing 12 different grape varities across 130 different sites. Each wine speaks with its own voice, reflecting the beauty of Tenerfie in a different and unique way.
